📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily villa inspections to ensure compliance with luxury standards.
• Lead and coordinate deep cleaning operations, managing schedules and team performance.
• Handle urgent on-site coordination, including guest requests and emergency maintenance.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss operations, address concerns, and provide feedback.
• Monitor and report on cleaning performance metrics to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to maintain high standards of service.
• Ensure all villas are ready for guest check-ins, with a focus on attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in villa management, cleaning operations, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience with a team of cleaning professionals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, vendors, and guests.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site inspections and coordination.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Certification in first aid or emergency response is a plus.
