📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and optimize the innovation portfolio to align with strategic business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize innovative projects that drive sustainable growth.
• Manage project lifecycles from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.
• Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to track portfolio performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging and supporting creative thinking and experimentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in innovation management or portfolio architecture.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering innovative projects.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning, project management, and business analysis.
• Proficiency in innovation management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, and Asana.
• Certification in innovation management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
