📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Identify, recruit, and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the beauty industry.
• Create and distribute engaging content across various social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Work with the marketing team to develop strategic plans and ensure campaign goals are met.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
• Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and KOLs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful influencer marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms like AspireIQ or Upfluence.
• Certification in digital marketing or a related field is a plus.
