📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and coordinate the import dispatch process from start to finish
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Process and verify import documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate records and documents for all import shipments
