As our Company Nurse, you'll play a crucial role in promoting a healthy and productive work environment. You'll work closely with our HR team to implement and monitor health and safety programs, conduct health screenings, and provide first aid and emergency care. With your expertise in occupational health and safety, you'll ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices, while also supporting our team's overall well-being.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide comprehensive health assessments and screenings for our employees
- Develop and implement health and safety programs in accordance with local regulations and best practices
- Conduct first aid and emergency care training for our team
- Monitor and report on the health and safety of our workforce
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards
- Promote a healthy work environment through wellness programs and initiatives
- Provide medical advice and support to employees as needed
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in occupational health and safety
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health and safety
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (COHS) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English is a plus
- Experience with health and safety software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus
