In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs to meet the needs of the organization.,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the implementation of new training technologies and tools.,Provide support and guidance to employees during training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with training software and e-learning platforms.,Understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel for training purposes.
