📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential sites for our real estate and property projects.,Negotiate and secure leases or purchase agreements with site owners.,Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure smooth transactions.,Manage and oversee the site acquisition process from start to finish.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate sector.,Build and maintain relationships with site owners, developers, and other key stakeholders.,Prepare and present reports on site acquisition activities and progress.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition or a similar role in the real estate industry.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with real estate software and tools.,Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
