Yatai Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CNC Machinist to join our team. We are a leading manufacturer of precision components and sub-assemblies, and we are looking for a professional who can contribute to our success.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our CNC machines, ensuring high-quality output, and meeting production targets. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and optimizing machine performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Operate and maintain CNC machines to ensure high-quality output.

Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues.

Optimize machine settings to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Inspect finished products for quality assurance.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Assist in training new staff on CNC machine operation.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain accurate records of production and machine performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.

Proven track record in precision manufacturing.

Familiarity with various CNC machines and programming.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Valid CNC Machinist certification is a plus.

Experience in the automotive or aerospace industry is a plus.
