📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing information about products and services to potential customers.,Maintain and update customer records and sales data.,Follow up with leads to schedule appointments and close sales.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.,Learn and understand the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Friendly and approachable personality.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services.
