📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by training and supervising staff, and addressing customer complaints and concerns.,Drive sales growth by developing and implementing marketing strategies, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by ensuring compliance with local health regulations and implementing proper food handling and storage procedures.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including expenses, revenue, and profitability, and work with the finance team to ensure financial goals are met.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.,Monitor and maintain the restaurant's equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition and up to date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, and the ability to ensure compliance with local health regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
