In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Assist in the creation of training materials and user guides,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Experience with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus
