ZAP Lestari is seeking a talented and experienced Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring we source high-quality materials and services at competitive prices.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to improve our procurement strategy.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure the best possible terms.
  • Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure procurement needs are met.
  • Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in procurement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
