📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional manner.,Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, and direct them to the appropriate department.,Check-in and check-out guests, and assist with their needs.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Conduct tours and provide information about the company and its services.,Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained at all times.,Assist with event planning and coordination, if required.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
