📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's learning and development strategy.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure that training programs meet their needs and expectations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Work with the HR team to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall employee experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training program design and delivery.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
