📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of tax professionals in the preparation and filing of tax returns for individuals and businesses.,Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and laws, both at the national and international level.,Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on tax-related matters.,Conduct regular training and development sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and analyze tax trends and developments to ensure our clients are well-informed and prepared.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of tax services into our overall business strategy.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related activities and transactions.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on tax-related matters and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proven track record of success in managing and leading a team of tax professionals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Certification in tax law or a related field is a plus.
