As a Lead SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our online platforms. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.,Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.,Create and optimize website content, including blog posts, product descriptions, and landing pages, to improve SEO performance.,Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to enhance the overall user experience and SEO effectiveness.,Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive.,Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize website performance and user engagement.,Generate regular reports and insights to track SEO performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.,Proven experience in managing and mentoring junior SEO specialists or similar roles.,Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, and indexing.,Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.,Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
