📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to ensure they meet performance goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster long-term business partnerships.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product expansion and sales growth.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail sales software and tools.,Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
