Resto Dian Dental Clinic is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Distribution Officer to join our team in Serang, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our distribution processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the distribution process from start to finish.,Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner.,Track and analyze distribution data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency.,Train and mentor junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and inventory management systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards.
