📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.
  • Source and screen potential candidates for job openings.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further interviews.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
