📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.,Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide administrative support to the HR team.,Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall HR strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English is a plus.
