In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads.,Manage and follow up on leads to ensure timely conversion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
