Space Data Abadi is seeking a talented Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning experiences that help our employees develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Pondok Indah and from home. We offer a competitive salary of Rp 3.000.000 – Rp 5.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs and materials that align with our company's learning and development goals,Identify training needs and design learning solutions to address those needs,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure that training programs are relevant and impactful,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Create and maintain training records and reports,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other training tools,Experience with virtual training and facilitation,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture
