📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Develop and implement new menu items and culinary concepts to keep up with industry trends and customer preferences.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met through proper training, supervision, and inspection.,Lead and mentor the kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.,Handle any food-related emergencies or incidents with professionalism and care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or catering service.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and delivering exceptional food quality.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines is a plus.,Possession of a relevant culinary degree or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
