As a Barista & Cashier, you will be at the forefront of our café, crafting delicious coffee drinks and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. You will learn to operate our state-of-the-art espresso machines and milk frothers, using tools like the La Marzocco Linea and the Rancilio Rocky Doser. Daily, you will prepare a variety of coffee beverages, from classic espressos to specialty lattes, while also handling cash transactions, processing card payments, and managing our POS system.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages using high-quality beans and state-of-the-art equipment such as the La Marzocco Linea and Rancilio Rocky Doser.
• Operate the cash register and POS system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper handling of coffee equipment and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Stay updated on coffee trends and customer preferences to continuously improve the café's offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines and milk frothers.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Proven ability to work well in a team.
• Enthusiasm for coffee and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
