📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure they understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure that inventory levels are accurately recorded and reported.,Assist in the planning and execution of store events, promotions, and special sales.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
