📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Assist in the resolution of IT-related problems and issues.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Ensure the security and confidentiality of IT systems and data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software.,Basic understanding of network security and data protection.
