Depot Krisna Kitchen is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our kitchen in Bekasi, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met.,Manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the kitchen.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the kitchen is maintained in a clean and safe environment.,Work closely with the depot manager to ensure that all orders are fulfilled on time and to the highest quality standards.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth supply chain.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.,Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
