📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and other accounting software.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Provide financial support and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Provide financial training and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in SAP or other accounting software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
