📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage export and import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and shipping agents to facilitate smooth trade operations.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Prepare and submit trade data to relevant authorities and trading partners.
• Assist in the preparation of trade reports and analysis for management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all trade transactions.
• Provide support to the sales and purchasing teams in managing trade-related inquiries and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international trade or a related field.
• Proficient in using trade management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
